REGISTRATION GUIDELINES If you need to increase your group size, please contact the Santa Maria office (614-645-8760) to inquire if space is available. Registrations are transferable to another youth or adult however, individual refunds are not possible. We need to have a minimum number of 30 (or $810) to run this program (maximum of 40). We will do our best to pair your group with another group of the same type and similar age if necessary. If we are unable to obtain the minimum number required, we will refund your entire payment.
An emergency medical form (PDF) can be downloaded from this site. Please make copies and bring them with you on the day of your overnight. The emergency medical forms must be filled out for both the youths and adults.
Parking for the overnights is available after 6:00 PM in the city lot east of Marconi Blvd. Access the lot from Front Street. Enter across from Gay Street between Broad Street and Long Street.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY Overnights are held in all weather conditions; however, precautions are taken during lightening storms. The Santa Maria will make every effort to reschedule your group if an emergency causes us to cancel. If inclement weather occurs during the overnight, we have emergency evacuation procedures in place. Once registered, we need a deposit of 50% to hold your date with the balance due one month before your scheduled date. If your group cancels prior to 30 days of your scheduled date, your group’s fee minus $100 for bookkeeping and handling will be refunded. If you cancel your scheduled group less than 30 days prior to the overnight date, 50% of your total will be refunded. If your group is part of a combined Overnight and you cancel less than 30 days prior to your Overnight, we are unable to refund your money.
