Rental Fees & Hours
Santa Maria Rental Functions can occur up to 30 minutes prior
to our tour hours, at least 30 minutes after our tour hours or anytime on the days there
are no tour hours. To plan your function, please refer to our operating hours below, then
contact us utilizing the Rental Request Form to receive
additional information about ship rental for your next function.

Spring Hours April 12 - May 25 Wed-Fri: 10 am - 3 pm Sat-Sun: Noon - 5 pm
Summer Hours May 28 - August 29 Wed-Fri: 10 am - 5 pm Sat-Sun: Noon - 6 pm
Autumn Hours August 30 - October 26 Wed-Fri: 10 am - 3 pm Sat-Sun: Noon - 5 pm

Event Set-Up - Event
Set-up should begin 30 minutes after ship closing time. Advanced notice Main Deck and
Quarter Deck tarps are available. Additional tent and/or entertainment space is available
in Battelle Park, with City permit
